The FURY started training camp with new faces and dreams , The core is still here “ said head coach Mike Williams . The Fury loss its 2 floor generals coming into the new season long time Fury point guard Bobby Grier retired as a 2 times ABA champion and 4 year captain of the team . Losing BG is a big hit to this team on and off the court his professionalism has pushed this team and made my job so much easier he will be missed “said head coach Mike Williams . Finals mvp Jordan tiger Booker move on also And is now playing in Lithuania.What he was able to do in his lone year here was spectacular and his presence will be missed ' said coach Gary Scott". I seen some good talent in the workouts and the staff will evaluate what they have but it will be hard to fill those shoes.
BOBBY GRIER RETIRES
With over 100 wins as the CHICAGO FURY point guard, And 4 world championships ( OBA 2021) (MBL 2023) (ABA 2024,2025). Bobby was a dream to coach he understood what we were trying to do and got guys in position to be great ,His professionalism was unmatchable he lead with heart and bye example. The CHICAGO FURY will celebrate the man we call CAP 12-20-2025 at the FURY VS CLARKSVILLE game. Having the relationship me and BG had gave me confidence we could beat anyone the team followed him because the hard work he put in to practices and games. He will be missed “said Head Coach Mike Williams.

MADISON LOWERY
Madison has the perfect balance of power and finesse. Madison plays both a power forward and small forward ,He has a great touch around the basket and also can step out a knock down jump shots with consistency. Madison was on his way to a big season and had a set back last season ,He worked his way back to be ready for the play-offs and the championship run but did not have the pop in his game i was use to "said head coach Mike Williams ,watching him in practice now and the end of last season is like nite and day he is back health and ready for a big season. Madison is a double double machine and the Chicago Fury will need every bit of that this year if they want another shot at the ABA Championship this season .

The CHICAGO FURY , is a minor league basketball team based in the inner city of Chicago. Were we gives young men the opportunity to continue they love of basketball . We compete in the AMERICAN BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION (ABA) with this league been around since the 70s , We have help over 15 young men go on to play professionally overseas and also in the process have won multiple championships.
